Jog on January is back and better than ever!

Kick start your year with a challenge to support Lindsey Lodge?

The virtual event will run for 30 days and will finish with an event at Parkrun, a 5 and 10k run with walkers also welcome.

How it Works

Sign up for your preferred challenge

  • Walk. Walk 10k steps a day (for people who want to start their fitness journey)
  • Jog. sofa to 5k – Work your way up to running 5k (for beginner runners)
  • Run. Stuck at 5k and want to take it to the next level. This is the option for you (for more experienced runners)

After signing up, you’ll receive our Jog On January booklet, packed with helpful resources. Discover local running events, and more to make your fitness journey enjoyable and rewarding. Find a new hobby, stay motivated, and make a difference. All we ask is that you raise a minimum of £30 for our hospice to help fund the vital care we provide.
